Massa
1000g de farinha de trigo
100g de manteiga
20g de sal
30g de fermento biológico
100g de açúcar refinado
Preparo
Misture bem todos os ingredientes exceto a água, sove bem a massa dando ponto com a água
Corte e pese pedaços de 30g e deixe descansar por 25 minutos
Após o descanso modele as esfihas e deixe crescer, não esqueça de cobrir com plástico até dobrar de tamanho
Asse em forno pré aquecido a 200 graus por 25 minutos.
Recheio
1kg de carne moída
1 cebola
2 dentes de alho
1 tomate
Pimenta do reino a gosto
tempero a gosto
Sal a gosto
Preparo
Refogue a cebola e o alho, depois misture o tomate e os outros temperos refogue bem, misture a carne deixe cozinhar por uns 10 minutos mexendo sempre. Deixe esfriar e reserve.
Dica faça a carne na noite anterior.
